Right from the beginning, their objective was clear: to offer their valued customers an unparalleled variety of choices. The Challenge
While Pizza Boli's had always excelled in delivering exceptional taste to its loyal customers, it faced a challenge in maintaining a modern brand identity. The franchise recognized the need for a fresh approach, and they entrusted us with the task of infusing a postmodern twist into their stores and overall brand. In 2011 and again in 2017, a successful rebranding initiative was undertaken, propelling Pizza Boli's forward with renewed vigor. Since then, they have embraced their new identity and never looked back, leaving behind a legacy of deliciousness combined with a contemporary flair.
Outcome
Through an impactful rebranding effort, the franchise experienced exponential growth, doubling its store count from 50 to 100+ within a remarkably short span of time. This expansion extended beyond its original Maryland roots, establishing a robust chain operation encompassing Washington DC, Virginia, as well as reaching into New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The management of Pizza Boli's firmly believes in the profound influence of rebranding on shaping public perception and fostering unwavering customer commitment.
